  • WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR HAIR?
    Our extensions and wigs are grade 10A, 100% ultra premium human hair.
  • HOW MANY OUNCES COME IN A BUNDLE?
    Approximately 4 ounces (100 grams).
  • HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A TRADITIONAL SEW-IN?
    18"-24" 3 Bundles. 24"-30" 3 to 4 Bundles. 30"-36" 4 to 5 Bundles.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
    At Styled By Sublime' we maintain a very high standard of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our office in Suwanee, GA. Every product undergoes a rigorous process to make sure that you are receiving the best quality merchandise possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Due to COVID-19 restrictions along with Styled By Sublime's diligent efforts to keep our customers and staff safe, we are currently NOT accepting or processing returns.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AND PROCESS MY ORDER?
    Your order will be SHIPPED 1 to 2 business days from receipt of payment. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking email with tracking number.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR TYPICALLY LAST?
    6 months to 2 years ( depending on care and maintenance).
  • CAN THE HAIR BE COLORED?
    Yes it can, however we recommend that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.
  • WHAT COLOR DOES THE HAIR COME IN?
    Virgin hair comes in the natural color of the donors, which are usually dark to light shades of natural brown.
  • CAN I CUT THE WEFT?
    Our wefts are NOT meant to be cut. If you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so that the hair will not shed at the point of the cut.
